SHIPPING COSTS – BEST WAY:
DELIVERY – WITHIN GERMANYShipping and Handling
Software for download is free of shipping costs.
Internet provider fees have to be beared by the customer.
The delivery of software will be done by providing an activated link
to download the software to your computer. This link is accessible in our
onlineshop at the end of the ordering process. Alternatively select
<Your account> from the top menu, scroll to the section <My orders>,
click the link next to your Order No. and scroll on the page <Order information>
to the lower section <Download products>. The link will be activated
after receipt of payment or, if you have selected 'PayPal'
as your payment method, already after receipt of PayPal`s acknowledgment that they
accepted your payment order ('immediate download'). To download the software
we grant you three attempts within thirty days. In case of any problems, please
contact our support stating your Order No. and Customer number.
If needed we will grant you additional tries.
Shipping costs of bought physical goods will be calculated by weight and zone.
A precise calculation of shipping costs based on the tables below will be provided
during the ordering process and will be disclosed on the order page in particular.

Physical goods - dispatch
If you have selected 'PayPal' as your payment method, physical goods will
be dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of PayPal`s acknowledgment
that they accepted your payment order, provided that your order reaches
us on working days until 5 pm local time. If you have selected 'Cash in advance'
as your payment method, goods will be dispatched within 24 hours after
receipt of payment. At the weekends and public holidays no dispatch takes place.
Please bear in mind that a shipment abroad will take somewhat longer, because
of the longer distance and (if applicable) the customs regulations of your country.
After we dispatched the article it can last up to 10 working days until the
goods arrive at your foreign delivery address.
Delivery in a country that is outside the European Union or Switzerland is possible.
Please send us a note if you would like to have a delivery in such a country.
Customs duties
For shipment to a country outside the European Union additional customs duties,
import duties or taxes can be incurred, which are to be paid by the customer.
These costs are beyond the control of the publisher and we won't make any predictions
regarding the amount. The customs regulations differ from country
to country. The customer is responsible for paying any necessary taxes and fees.
Additional information can be obtained from the relevant customs office.
